The Services are intended solely for lawful business, development, testing, research, and commercial purposes. Any use of the Services in violation of applicable laws, regulations, export controls, sanctions requirements, or these Terms is strictly prohibited.

Your Account

You must ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.

You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.

You may not:

  • Register under a false identity;

  • Use misleading account information;

  • Share account access with unauthorized parties;

  • Create accounts for abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information.

Cost

The website reserves the right to modify pricing, subscription fees, API rates, token pricing, usage fees, or any other charges at any time.

Current pricing will be displayed on the applicable pricing page or billing dashboard.

Changes to subscription pricing shall become effective upon the next billing cycle. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any updated pricing.

Payment and Purchase

To purchase Services, subscriptions, credits, or API usage capacity, you may be required to provide valid payment information.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided;

  • All payment information is accurate and complete;

  • Charges incurred through your account are authorized.

We may utilize third-party payment processors to facilitate payments. By providing payment information, you consent to the sharing of such information with payment service providers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services.

Free Trial

We may, at our sole discretion, provide free credits, promotional API quotas, trial access, sandbox environments, or limited-use access to certain Services ("Free Trial").

Free Trial access may be subject to limitations including:

  • Request limits;

  • Token limits;

  • Usage quotas;

  • Concurrency restrictions;

  • Model availability restrictions;

  • Geographic restrictions.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Free Trial offering at any time without prior notice.

Subscription

Subscription Period

Certain APIs, models, and platform features may require paid subscriptions, prepaid credits, pay-as-you-go billing, enterprise contracts, or other commercial arrangements.

Depending on the selected plan, billing may occur monthly, annually, or based on actual API usage.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before renewal.

Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel subscription renewal through your account settings or by contacting support.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not affect the current billing period.

Fees already paid are non-refundable, and you will continue to have access to the applicable Services until the end of the active subscription term.

API Usage and Billing

API usage may be billed based on one or more of the following metrics:

  • Tokens processed;

  • Requests submitted;

  • Images generated;

  • Videos generated;

  • Audio processed;

  • Compute usage;

  • Storage usage;

  • Other usage-based metrics displayed on the platform.

Usage is calculated according to our internal measurement systems.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify API pricing;

  • Adjust usage limits;

  • Change model availability;

  • Introduce new billing metrics;

  • Retire or replace models.

Usage records maintained by the Company shall serve as the authoritative record for billing purposes.

Prepaid credits, promotional credits, and bonus credits may expire according to their respective terms and have no cash value.

Refunds

The products and services provided by the website are special virtual products and services.

By making a payment, you acknowledge that access to the Services, API resources, credits, subscriptions, and related digital products is activated immediately.

All purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased.

These refund limitations apply to all Services provided through the platform, including but not limited to:

  • Subscription purchases;

  • API credit purchases;

  • Usage-based billing;

  • Promotional packages;

  • Enterprise service packages.

User Data and API Usage

The Services may allow you to submit prompts, text, images, videos, audio, documents, API requests, and other materials ("Input") and receive generated outputs ("Output").

You are solely responsible for all Inputs and your use of Outputs.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have all necessary rights to submit Inputs;

  • Inputs do not violate any law or third-party rights;

  • Inputs do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.

You retain ownership of your Inputs.

Subject to applicable law, you retain any rights you may possess in Outputs generated specifically for your use.

You grant the Company a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, store, transmit, analyze, and use Inputs and Outputs solely for operating, maintaining, securing, improving, and providing the Services.

We may collect aggregated and anonymized usage information that does not identify you for analytics, operational, security, and business purposes.

Acceptable Use Policy

Subject to compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Services.

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation;

  • Violate export control or sanctions requirements;

  • Circumvent authentication systems or rate limits;

  • Abuse APIs or platform resources;

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code, model weights, training data, or proprietary technology;

  • Use automated methods to overload the Services;

  • Distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, viruses, or malicious code;

  • Conduct phishing, fraud, identity theft, or deceptive activities;

  • Engage in unauthorized surveillance or data collection;

  • Interfere with platform security or operations;

  • Resell or sublicense access without authorization;

  • Use the Services to develop competing AI infrastructure using proprietary technology obtained through the Services;

  • Generate unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content.

We reserve the right to investigate violations and suspend or terminate access at any time.

Demonstrative Authorization

With your consent, you agree that the Company may use your company name, logo, or publicly available information for customer references, marketing materials, websites, sales presentations, case studies, or press releases.

Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

  • Any API or model will remain available;

  • Services will be uninterrupted or error-free;

  • Outputs will be accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for any purpose;

  • Any specific provider, endpoint, or model version will remain available indefinitely.

You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, biases, hallucinations, or other errors.

The Company shall not be responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.

The Company shall not be liable for interruptions caused by:

  • Third-party provider outages;

  • Infrastructure failures;

  • Internet disruptions;

  • Cyberattacks;

  • Force majeure events;

  • Government actions;

  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.

If your violation of these Terms causes losses to the Company, including but not limited to:

  • Litigation expenses;

  • Attorney fees;

  • Regulatory penalties;

  • Investigation costs;

  • Settlement payments;

  • Technical remediation costs;

you agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Company.

Effectiveness, Modification, and Termination

These Terms become effective upon registration, login, or use of the Services.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify these Terms;

  • Change Service functionality;

  • Suspend Services;

  • Discontinue Services;

  • Replace third-party providers;

  • Introduce new commercial terms.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if:

  • You violate these Terms;

  • You violate applicable laws;

  • You provide false information;

  • Security concerns arise;

  • Required by law, regulators, or service providers.

In the event of merger, acquisition, reorganization, or asset transfer, the Company may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms.

Sanctions and Export Control Compliance

By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

You are not located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in any country or region that is subject to comprehensive sanctions, embargoes, or trade restrictions imposed by the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United Nations, or any other applicable governmental authority;

  2. You are not identified on any applicable sanctions list, including but not limited to the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC") Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List ("SDN List");

  3. You are not acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any sanctioned person, entity, organization, or government;

  4. You will not access, use, download, export, re-export, transfer, or otherwise make available the Services in violation of any applicable export control or economic sanctions laws and regulations.

The Services are not offered to, and may not be used by, any person or entity located in, ordinarily resident in, or subject to the jurisdiction of any restricted or sanctioned country or region, or otherwise prohibited under applicable export control or sanctions laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services, without prior notice, if we determine that a user may be in violation of applicable sanctions, export control laws, or these Terms.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and international trade restrictions.
